Products and specifications
Four product lines from one raw material and one plant. Each is calibrated and sorted for the line it is going to, packed in the format that line receives, and released only after laboratory analysis of the lot. Specifications are typical values; the contractual figures are confirmed per lot on the certificate of analysis that travels with every shipment.
Sunflower kernels
Whole dehulled kernels calibrated for bakery, cereal and protein-bar lines. Grown in northern Moldova, dehulled and sorted on European lines, inspected by X-ray and released by our own laboratory. The product that made Crown the country's first kernel exporter, and the one leading European snack and bakery brands buy from us season after season.

Broken kernels processed to exactly the same standard as whole kernels — same cleaning, same sorting, same X-ray line — at a lower price per tonne. The right ingredient wherever the whole kernel's shape is not needed: bakery mixes, granola, halva, bird-feed blends. Chips come from the same lots as the kernels, so the taste and colour match.

Whole seeds from the same northern fields, cleaned and calibrated, with a high test weight and oil content. Chosen by oil pressers for yield and by feed blenders for energy; laboratory-tested with the same rigour as the kernels, and shipped in big bags or bulk straight from the silos.

The hull is not waste. Sunflower hulls from our dehulling line are dried and compacted for pellets and briquettes, and the oil-rich fines go straight to pressing. Both close the loop: nothing that enters the plant is wasted.
